Title: Can I delete this directory

I made the "portable" version and found 2000 of the 3000 files are in the skins folder....are those just for optional skins?

can i delete that folder to make the portable version smaller or are some files used for the default skin?

if i cant delete them all, which are the ones i can delete for default skin?

It's always safer to just rename directory.  skins.tmp, for example.
