Title: J River Cloudplay Log In Problems

Hello: I have a problem with having more than one e mail address affiliated with Cloudplay and can't log in.

When I first used Cloudplay, I couldn't make my original purchase e mail address work with a password after multiple attempts so I used a second account and that worked. I just installed Windows 10 64 bit, and reinstalled MC 26. Everything is good but Cloudplay.

I tried changing the password using the second e mail address, but it doesn't work. I tried the original address with the changed password but no go.

Any help in clearing up the mess would be appreciated.

I just tried singing up for Cloudplay using my original purchase e mail and username, and got an error saying "name is already in use. "

Cleared Cache in browser reset again and it worked. Nevermind.
