I followed the instructions to create a zip file of the problem log (attached here). Now what?
My issue is that when I import my playlist about 10 % of the tunes show status "error" during download and then convert to "In Queue" once the operation is complete.

By "import my playlist" I meant "sync to my handheld." Thanks for any help.

If you're converting the files when you sync, what format? Maybe it's having trouble with the encoding. Not enough temp space, for example.
Try converting files manually, just to test. Select a few and right click.

Thanks for responding. The files are a mix, flac, mp3, etc. My device is Kann (Astel&Kern). I erased the SD then reloaded each playlist separately. That appears to be working. Still loading.
