Title: Customize tree menu based on library
Post by: jstuartj on June 08, 2020, 05:35:04 pm
I've used JRiver for years to manage my entertainment library, CD, Podcasts etc...  Currently I'm looking to use it to also track my work sound fx and stock media ( video, lower thirds, backgrounds, logo's etc...) library.  So I create a new library, however I only want to see Audio, Image and Videos in the tree view.

I know I can disable features to accomplish this, but when I switch libraries back to my entertainment library, I have to re-edit options to re-enable features for instance podcast, and other features.

Is there a way to load and save preferences, or an open to right click on tree view to quickly enable or disable features. or better base
the tree view on the chosen library.

Being able to selectively hide things in the tree would be a great feature.

I think it would really help people who want or need a simplified interface.

Would it work if the view was associated with the library?

Yes, I think that would be the best solution for my case.
