Title: Only Plays 15 Seconds

I don't know why my MC9 has started playing only 15 seconds of each song before moving on to the next one... but how do I restore it to normalcy?!

I figure there's a "sample each song" option, but I can't find it to turn it off. :)

Well, no, there is not such an option (although it would be nice !). Did you play with the various playback parameters (Tools/Options../Playback) trying gapless, cross-fade and different  parameters ?
Can you play your files with an other player ?
If it is still the same, please let the us know and send some details about your config (Help/System Info...) I guess someone here will be able to tackle your pbm.
