Title: Sync Playlist to USB "CRASH"

It should be simple but maybe it's me. First, the dialog box to too tall that I can't click the button at the bottom so instead, I drag the play list to my thumb drive which initiates sync but, soon after it starts, it crashes. Message is to uninstall and reinstall. I've done that three times. WTH?
