Title: Mouse over song does not work

I can no longer get the hz info (44.1 or 48) when hovering over the song. Please help. Ty. PJD

The Tooltip Delay was increased to around 3 seconds so if you leave your mouse over a particular track for a longer period that information will appear.

It was reduced in a later build to 3/4 of a second, just a little more than it was originally.
