Title: Upload to Cloud fails
Post by: RuudHKarsten on June 25, 2020, 04:31:13 am
I have a problem regarding 'Upload to Cloud'. I created a playlist containing three FLAC files, which I took from the local disc G, connected to my computer. The FLAC files are all in JRiver MC. See PNG-screen picture.
When rightclicking on this playlist, a menu appears. In this pop-up menu, Upload to Cloud is NOT highlighted. So uploading isn't possible.
What could be the reason?
I registered for JRiver MC, as well as for the cloud.
Whatever I tried, nothing works.
Please help!
Ruud

I believe the minimum is 5 tracks.

There are a couple of Cloudplay threads here.  I'll merge this with one of those.

What is the full version of MC that you're using?

Thanks for your reply.
Meanwhile I indeed got that five files is the minimum. But even then, no success!
I use the last version, 26...

Cloudplay upload is working correctly, I have just done an upload.  Have you checked Upload to cloud in Tools>Options>General>Features?

26.0.98 is on the Download Page.

The red arrow on your first image points to a playlist under Cloudplay Playlists.  That may not work.

Use the Action Window to create an ordinary playlist and then right click on it.

Thank you. It does work now indeed as you told! How couldn't I find out this myself...!
But anyway! Great help!
By the way..., is there a maximum to the number of playlists, or in terms of Mb's or Gb's that can be uploaded to the cloud?

Well so far I have 829 audio tracks uploaded, some of them 24bit 192khz. So I wouldn't worry too much about limits.

I'll close this thread now since it's working.
