Title: No Restores Left On Media 26 License

Forgive me if I've breached protocol here or have posted in the wrong place, but I'm not at all IT literate and am trying to help my cousin restore his JRiver Media centre after a system crash -  but when I click the license key it states you have no restores left on this key. The advice forum say to post for help, so I'm trying to help him but am a tad bewildered.

I've no idea what he's has been up to, but he seems to have installed it too many times this year I guess.
Can some kind soul either reset the key or explain what I need to do to get him back up and running?
I've never used this forum or this software before and I'm swamped I must say...
Any guidance would be hugely appreciated.
