Title: Getting "There was a problem checking for updates" Error Message

After updating to the latest version of MC (26.0.94) 64 bit, if I manually do an update check (latest version), I get the error message:
"There was a problem checking for updates"

Thanks - I tried it and it now updates correctly to 0.95 and the error message is no longer displayed. 

PS - I nominate your 39 second response time for the Support Hall of Fame!
