Title: Radio Paradise Flac URL and radio station problems

Hi I enjoy listening to the radio paradise using JRiver via the radio station on the streaming links and the url:https://stream.radioparadise.com/flac- I cannot get this URL link to work in JRiver, it comes up with a notice 'warning there is nothing to play' it works no problem in Foobar. Also the radio station streaming link has a 1 second gap about 10 seconds from the end of the song which is annoying I have tried everything but I cannot cannot solve these issues.
 If anyone here can help resolve this it would be much appreciated.
