I run Norton Utilities on Win2K, including the UnErase Wizard, which "protects" files sent to the Recycle bin.
I've noticed that, over just a few days of operation, MediaCenter has recycled (deleted) 2000+ copies of "curplaylist.jmd". Looking at the timestamps it seems they may be created & deleted several times a minute.
Is this a MC bug? If the program must delete this file over & over, could it use a destructive delete and avoid the Recycle bin?
Aside from cluttering UnErase, I'm wondering if this could be a performance hit.
I've set up an exclusion filter (-*.jmd) to see if I can get UnErase to avoid protecting these files.
Any other suggestions?
