Title: Forum Response not working

The email notification when someone responds to post s not working it seems

I think this may have been 'broken' for a while, I missed a reply to one of my topics in the "Third Party Plugins..' board that dates back to 9th July 2020. I definitely have 'Notify' specified for that topic and did not receive any notification.

I haven't checked if it is still working, but I think some forum settings changed some time back. Maybe notification was turned off.

Oops, I hadn't noticed that change, I was set to receive only notifications about Moderation, not Moderation & Replies.

I got a flood of notification emails today, without making changes to any of my site preferences.

Bob worked on fixing the notification delivery today, so you might've gotten a backlog of them.

i got 60 mails from mc just now. so i guess it works.
