I'd like to know why MC is very jittery when I scroll down my library in Standard View. This happens regardless of what graphics settings I set within MC. My power settings are set to Ultimate Performance. Turning on HAGS doesn't help or adding MC to the "Graphic Performance Preference" list and setting it to Maximum Performance didn't work either. See system specs below.
As you noticed in my past posts (https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,119877.msg828762.html#msg828762), I mention a few times about wanting to see GUI enhancements because Elegant visuals are just as important as the famous MC sound and video quality are.
• OS: Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 64 bit
• Motherboard: ASUS ROG Maximus XI Extreme (Z390)
• Processor: Intel Core i9 9900k
• Memory (RAM): 128GB DDR4 PC3200
• Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce 2080TI Founders Edition (Not Overclocked)
• Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster AE-9

I added a link to your old post.

It might help if you try to scroll no more files than are visible at a time... Otherwise, if scrolling brings into view one or more files that were not visible before the scroll, MC has to handle two tasks at once, render the file list moving up/down, and rendering new files that come into view... which may cause a slight lag...

I thought it was just placeholders for Album covers or artist pictures?

Do you have Windows Scaling set to anything above 100%?
Please check if the issue still exists at 100% scaling, as this is known to cause smooth scrolling issues in browsers and other apps.

Yes and no. Meaning I normally have it at 150% which is the recommended setting for my 4K monitor and then I set it to 100% and rebooted and the issue is still there. If I "restore Down" the window to 1/3 of the screen size, then the issue is very much manageable.

What you see depends on your view scheme for files. Usually you have columns, categories etc. in the top area, and a file list, album covers, etc. below. MC will only render content from the database that is currently in view, so as to accelarate initial loading times; the flip side is that new content may take a moment to load...
