Title: Bug? Cover art doesn't exist but has height and width

Cleaning up my files once again, I noticed that some have an odd cover art status:

• No cover art to be seen - not in list view, play now, ...
• 'Cover Art' > view first - greyed out
• [Image File] is 'empty'
• Image file has values in the fields height and width

'Remove cover art' clears inconsistency.
Bug?
