Title: Build 155: Hairstyle Issues

Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, but  is there a key combination I can press to move between the part of the Hairstyle screen where I am moving up and down the Hairstyle menus and that part of the screen where I can select individual media files from their thumbnails? I can do so with a mouse but I am wondering if I can do this with a key combination.
