Title: Purchased new license but got hit with four activations in 2 minutes....

Last night I purchased a license and put the key in to activate....Got an error on the first 4 tries and then it activated. I was then sent an email stating I only have 9 activations left and activated the key 4 times???

Can someone help with this?

If you ever run out of activations, just post and we'll reset you.
