Specifically, the top, bottom, left and right of the cover art in the library is flipped like a mirror. This library was imported from JRiver on Windows. The cover art is displayed correctly during playback.
In the Windows library, it's always displayed fine, regardless of the circumstances.
What is the cause?

The problem is with Android's JRiver (latest and beta version).
In the library, cover art is displayed upside down. The right side is also on the left.
During playback, the cover art is displayed normally.
I use JRiver on both Windows (Ver 26.0.106) and Android.
Music data and cover art are saved on the Windows side. It is imported into Android's JRiver library through the JRiver server on Windows.

I can confirm this Jim. Cover Art is mirrored horizontally and vertically.
I also don't get any Cover Art in Playing Now, summary or detail. I get the JRiver logo in the detailed Track listing.
Using the Android back button from Playing Now puts me on a blank screen, white.
I did manage to get the correct Cover Art in Playing Now summary screen by using back, back, back until JRiver minimised, then maximising it again. The Detail screen was still incorrect, as above.
The missing Cover Art could be because Thumbnails are being rebuilt in mirrored version. It eventually showed up when a Track was played for long enough, if I navigated around enough to trigger a refresh of the screen.
JRiver for Android 26.0.111 connected to MC26.0.106 or the latest Beta.
