Title: consolidated change log

Is there a page with the full change log for v26 since the first release? (and 27, and older releases too)
It's tricky to find what changed around a given date/version, we have to hunt for multiple release posts in the forum. A cumulative changelog would be nice.
You could also include a full/cumulative changelog.txt with each release.
