Title: Possible to add Netflix and Disneyplus to Streaming?
Post by: Pesaudio on September 14, 2020, 04:51:36 pm
I wonder if it is possible to add Netflix and Disneyplus to streaming function in JRiver media center, not sure if anything would improve by doing that but since youtube and google video is there I guess and hope it would? :)

Nope, it's not possible unfortunately. Both use DRM which prevents Media Center (and the embedded Chromium browser it uses) from streaming those sites along with Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc.

I'm probably saying silly, but if I use an external media player like Zidoo and connect it to the HTPC via the capture card, can I use JRiver to watch Netflix?
