Title: player disappears from list

I've been running media center 25.0.115 for many months and haven't had any problems until I moved both the PC hosting media center and the Onkyo receiver that plays music streamed to it to a different network. After I did that, the receiver no longer appeared under Playing Now. I tried reinstalling media center and eventually the receiver reappeared and I was able to stream music to it. A day later, it's disappeared again. I've confirmed all connectivity is good.
How do I troubleshoot this?

Is it a wireless connection?
