Hi,
I would like a refund for both JRiver for Android and JRiver MC27.
I have been using MC for 10 years now and always upgraded religiously every year including 27 which I haven't even downloaded yet. I also purchased JRiver for Android before it was released to help the cause however, after many months it appears this app still does not work properly on Shield. And I am a little peeved with the lack of responses I have gotten to my issues in this forum and quite frankly the attitude to my questions.
Android for Shield simply does not work as it should and is still far far away from being a user friendly product. So I am now using a completely different app on the shield and the experience is seamless. I have been looking for a solution so that I could relocate my HTPC to a back room and use it as a NAS and quite frankly I have found it as the shield is a far more stable DLNA client than a Nuc would be.
Therefore I have no use for either JR for Android nor the MC27 which I paid for in advance as I have done so for many many years.
