Title: I traced the double-click issue to only happening with Red October HQ

When using Red October Standard, I can double-click video and the screen will exit or enter full-screen without issue.
But with Red October HQ enabled, when I double-click, the video will pause or un-pause.  Whatever the opposite is of what it previously was. 
Could you folks try to duplicate my results?
