Title: converting license from Linux to Windows

Is it possible to switch a license from Linux to Windows, or must I get a master license to accomplish this? My old Windows machine was hacked, so I switched to Ubuntu and added MC27 to replace MusicBee. However, I can't get Ubuntu to allow me to use MC27, Audacity, and Zoom without failures of the pulse audio system, so I've ordered a new Windows computer and plan to switch everything to that.

You can purchase an upgrade.  You can't "switch" a license.
