I downloaded the new ver, but there is nothing in the help section to purchase. I think I got ver 8 before Dec 3. How can I tell. My rip speed has slowed from near 4.0(ver 8) to 2.4 also it failed to rip. I have checked the FAQ to try and answer. Thanks.

Go to menu Help -> Registration Info and check if it says that Media Center or Media Jukebox is registered.
Buy Option will disappear if MC/MJ is purchased.

1. Slow Computer

I went into the options of the rip window and was given an error of Invalid temporary directory name. I was still able to check and change my settings. rip speed back to normal, but still will get that error messege.

well maybe you should go to "file naming and location" and make sure all the dirs are set correctly
it sounds like somthing went wrong.
you could always start from a fresh install.

Thanks for directing me to the source of that problem. error is gone now.
