Title: MC 27 crashes

With MC 26 I had no problem but after upgrading to MC 27 (updated to the latest version) I often find myself in hourglass and it does not move.
I use win 10 Pro 20h2 64bit, ESET Smart security latest version.
I did all the possible tests: memtest etc.
My music library is on a NAS (Qnap TVS-871-i7-16) that works smoothly.
Sometimes it works for a hassle-free day, sometimes as soon as you restart your PC and open JRiver is already in hourglass.
What could it be, what evidence can I do?

Uninstall eset and configure Windows Defender.  See the Windows Defender thread here.
