Title: MC27 - Keeps telling me how to purchase

I have had an installed license for MC27 for a long time. Each time I go to Help -> Update Channels -> Check for Updates the software shows:
'Paid major upgrade to v27 available'. with More Information.
When I select 'More Information' I am redirected to a page on this site that tells me about upgrade prices. Previously when an update was available I was able to install it from the 'Check for Updates' option.

What is going on with this release that is preventing the installation?

Just download MC27 from the Download Page here and install it.
