Title: Showtime Roller disappeared in Theaterview, can't play my Showtime files

Hello,

I recently upgraded and installed v. 27. I no longer see the Showtime option in Theaterview. I checked to see that it was enabled in the options (Options>Showtime Roller Item). Please help, how can I enable this again?

My OS: Windows 10 Pro 64 bit (Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041)
JRiver: 27.0.26 64 bit

No one knows what to do about this? Am I the only one with this problem? I paid for the Showtime feature and now I can't use it. Please someone offer some advice. Greatly appreciated.

Check the "Show Showtime rule...".

The default is this:
-[Media Sub Type]=[TV Show]

Thank you for responding.

Yes, that was it. I had it set to [Pre-show] [is] =[Movie Trailer] and I have many files that in the preshow field are "movie trailer" so I am not sure why that did not show. Anyway, I switched it back to the default and now it shows in the roller.

I guess I don't understand why it disappeared with my settings. Would you mind explaining what the "Show Showtime Rule..." does?
