I am getting page fault errors running an old build ( .88 ). I'd like to update to the latest reliable build but can't seem to figure out how to proceed. Please, what is the latest build, where do I get it, and how can I download and install it without losing my extensive libraries and playlists? Sorry about the basic question, but i can't find the answer in all the correspondence, most of which I don't understand. Thanks, Mike

download the new version from the first message in this forum
http://ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/MediaCenter90148.exe
or go to the download page, this version might be older.

your version is really, really, really, really, really old.

thanks for getting back to me - can you address my concern about retaining my libraries and playlists? the last time i updated to a new version, in 1906 i think, i lost all of that. Thanks, mike

You shouldn't lose anything.
You could make a backup before upgrading just to be safe -- it is still beta software. (File->Libraries->Library Manager->Backup...)
Thanks!
