>:( What in the heck am I doing wrong?
My MC9 was working just fine I had the lastest version all was well... however my PC was in a world of S**T so I decided to back all my crud up wipe the hard drive and reload everything. I get to MC9 I decided to start with the last .exe that I downloaded (MediaCenter90119.exe) and then upgrade to whatever current version there is (I think its 9.0.145?). I installed then upgraded all went well..... Well now I am trying to reinstall my license file. When I go to Help --> Install license --> Restore license from file... I browse to my file (media jukebox9-18234.mjr) say Ok it pops up an error saying "Error restoring Media Center License: License file is past expiration date.
I go to try re-installing through the internet and it tells me it cannot find any of my email address or license file?
Any suggestions? am i screwed? am i going to just have to pay again? hopefully this is not the case....
any ideas would be much appreciated....
Thanks

From the FAQ (http://www.musicex.com/mediajukebox/buy_faq_9.html) page........
Definitions:
On purchase, you receive a permanent Registration Code. This is a proof of purchase that can be used at any time to acquire a new Install Key. The install key must be used within 14 days of its generation, but as long as you have the permanent registration code, you can get a new key by visiting the restore page (more below).

If you have your license code, use copy-and-paste to enter it into the web form. They are hard to type by hand. If you kept your receipt, it will have your e-mail address that you used to purchase.
