Title: Stacks Being Ignored
Post by: Jamil on December 04, 2020, 01:58:43 am
I am using MC27.0.34 under Windows right now that is the latest stable version.  My library is being used from previous versions of MC where I have duplicates already stacked.  I queued a smartlist I wanted to play to find stacks being ignored and a song from the bottom of a stack currently being played:

I checked for any new options added to MC27 that ignores stacks.  I found nothing containing stack:

That will happen if your stack is expanded.
Right click, stacks, collapse stack. This will be greyed out if the stack is already collapsed.

Okay.  I am not sure how this happened.  I have never seen this before with previous versions.  I selected all files in my library, but the option to expand was disabled.

This is how selecting all files looks for this particular artist in my library:

I see now -- I clicked collapse stacks and now all files except for top of stacks vanished.  I must have accidentally expanded them not even knowing what this did.  This must be something new for MC27.
