Hello Guys,
Recently upgraded Media Center to MC 27.0.47 automatically and the Output encoding DSD in DoP format doesn't work properly in the DSP & out format TAB.
I'm using MC with Kernel Streaming output.
Any idea or suggestion?
Kind regards
Frank

Don't use Kernel Streaming. Try the other audio settings. The wiki has a topic on Audio Setup.

Hi Jim,
Thanks but the issue is same. Previous version (27.0.26) working fine.
I downgraded MC until this is fixed.
Thanks

I've reproduced the problem and fixed it for the next build. We added sample rate changing. It needed to be disabled for DSD and DoP but only DSD was there.

When is "fixed" version going to be available? I have had the problem for a while and a number of revs.
Where can you download the older version to downgrade and what is the latest version that does not have the issue?
Thanks,
Jim

The problem was only recently discovered while JRiver has been out of their office on holiday vacation, which Matt fixed during that break period. As far as I know they return from their holiday vacation today, but there's likely no ETA when it's going to land in a public build.
As for downloading old versions, just go to the release topic of the latest release (which is 27.0.47) and copy the link of the build you want there and edit the link from 27.0.47 to 27.0.26 to download the old version that works.

The 64 bit version was installed, and the upscaling issues seen over the last number of builds appears corrected ... :)
The transitions from one track to the next still have popping and noise that should not be there. This is not heard in Audirvana (lots of other issues though)
