It looks like I have installed and paid for JR 27, an upgrade from JR 24. This is especially satisfying since I really don't know what the hell I am doing. I only have CD albums loaded and the transfer from 24 to 27 appears to be complete. It was pretty quick.
1- I now have both 24 and 27 in the computer. Should I uninstall JR 24? If so, when?
2- Is there anything else I need to do for the installation?
thanks, mike

Uninstall. MC24 when you're happy with MC27.

Uninstalled JR24; thx. BTW, I purchased 27.
When I open 27, I get the JRIver intro page and then have to click on Audio for my CDs to show up. When I had JR24, the Audio page would show up immediately, which is what I would like to have, again.
How do I get the Audio page to open immediately upon starting JR27?
thanks, again, mike

Thank you, that worked.
Next issue: my Audio screen is filled with the CD jackets, most arranged my composer or performer. For some reason, a few albums fail to find their group and wind up on the first line, upper left, in no particular order. I would like to move each to its proper location and have been unable to do so.
Usually, an album would move when its title in the TAG Album line was changed. The problematic albums I am referring to just don't budge. Is there a fix for this? Drag and drop sure does not do it (too bad)!
thanks, mike

I will post my last issue separately. thanks, mike
