Title: Help ! Cloudplay Access Issues (Password and User Name)

Hello:

I keep running, occasionally, into this brick wall with Cloudplay access.

When I originally signed up for Cloudplay when it was made available, I had to use another e mail address to log in and create a different user name and initial password.

This may be what is causing confusion.

I just want one e mail account associated with all my purchases and Cloudplay access.

Anyway, I was just required to log in, and couldn't, I kept getting error messages (Invalid user name or password)

Tried resetting the password as well, and the browser refused the connection.

Any way my ONE address could be affiliated with Cloudplay, and I can get in again?

samtheman57 at gmail is the address for everything but Cloudplay.

Nevermind. I  successfully changed the password, but then I had problems getting link to confirm account. Now I'm in. :(
