Title: stuttering and shutting off

i have 2 views open with spit screen....running 27 .43...win 10...when moving mouse across ...other of screen ...river stutters and stops.....then pop up says didnt shut down proper....3 choises to stop errors....then....reinstall librairy...or memory librairy.....over 5 times....its still going on....use a new licence will fix???

well i installed a new licence ...i know my text  is not clear...happy hearts day to all...

ok installed new license 0f 27....and new up date #66....moving mouse across top area.. player ...pauses and stuts off 27....any help....

A mouse shouldn't cause stuttering problems.  Take a look at the Weird Problems thread in my signature for ideas.
