Title: MP3 extended TAG field

Hallo,

with a flac file I have no problem to add a column list field called (Remixer). I add a new Column field under the Properties and called it "MIXARTIST", because in the tag dump of the flac file the filed is called "MIXARTIST".

But when a try to add a field for MP3 I have no luck. The field for mp3 is called "TPE4". When I created a new field under the column fields in the settings (I named it TPR4 and friendly name Remixer 2 for testing) and use the "TPE4" filed nothing will be displayed.

I also try to add the TAG "TPE4" under Data source but this wont also do the trick. Can someone help me to ad this field to the field list and why do not MC support the ID2.3 tags for MP3 fields?

Hi Purecut, I’m pretty sure MC handle 2.3 tags.

This seems to be broken for ID3v2 tags, devs needs to take a look.

=tag(TCOP) doesn't work
=tag(Copyright) works

None of the 4-letter Tag identifiers work, and only full names recognized by MC work (as seen on the Tag Dump). Tags that MC doesn't know about, like TPE4, can't be read by MC.
