Title: Minor bug – options window display on 4K screen

On a 4k (3840 × 2160) resolution TV screen, the Options window can be resized horizontally but not resized vertically.  Things work correctly on 1080p or 720p screens.

Running MC27.0.66 but I’m pretty certain this problem has been there since at least MC26.

Not a major bug, but irritating when I can’t reach the OK button at the bottom of a long option list.

Customize View / Edit Category also has the same issue. 

It is probably other views as well.
