Title: How to Revert to English?

I am making tag changes and somehow I get a popup saying something about language translation and I think I am clicking out but it changes the language to something I don't even recognize. How do I revert to English when I can't read a darn thing. HELP! Signed, The Fool On The Hill. ?

Alright, you can point and laugh now because the answer is simple. Tools>Language. How it happened, IDK. Keep on Truckin' Folks.  ;)
