Title: How to avoid dragging between folders when using touchscreen
Post by: Rossputin on March 17, 2021, 04:15:07 pm
Hello all,

I replaced mouse and standard monitor in my stereo room with a small touchscreen monitor.

When I drag my finger up and down the screen trying to scroll through albums, what I think is happening is that it's noting the album that i first touch and then as I move it's looking to drag that album to a new place and then asking for confirmation to change the file information, which again I think represents that if I were to confirm would move the album to a different folder.

Can anyone tell me if there's a way to disable the functionality within MC to move albums by dragging them?

Or any other great advice on how to prevent this problem?

(I have a feeling that changing how the touchscreen itself interprets touches will be impossible.)

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Try using Panel, even on the same machine.
