I'm not certain it's the update which is causing this, but frequently, when I connect my phone, MC sees it as a new device. It's a OnePlus 8 Pro, and I update it with the latest security update pretty much every month. I don't sync with MC very frequently, but almost every time I connect it after more than a few days, MC sees it as a new device. If I connect it, sync, then reconnect it within a day or 2, it recognizes it.
How might I be able to get MC to remember this device, even after updating the Android OS to the newest version?
Alternatively, how can I tell MC the device it knows from previously is actually this device? I can't find any way to 'find' previously connected handhelds.
**I've tried 4 times now to sync with this phone, and every time, while MC is "working..." to identify the handheld, it crashes. Log attached.
