I found this discussion and the lip sync tools, which are great

However, when I use these clips to adjust the delay the values are not saved in Options—>Video—>Advanced, though it does appear they are saved somewhere. I can’t tell if they are saved for all files or just for the test clip. But if I now go in an change the values in Options then the test clip is totally off because it is adding the delay set during playback.
I’m confused about how I should be doing this.
