ModernFlyouts is work in progress but it's pretty stable.

EarTrumpet had promise, but looks to be abandonware.  The original developer of EarTrumpet is involved with ModernFlyouts and supports their work with his own older code and new work (the hope is that the overall interface and audio routing of EarTrumpet will eventually be included in ModernFlyouts).

This app is available from both GitHub and the Windows Store.

Apologies for the necro-post, but I think it is worth clarifying that the developers have confirmed that they are no longer supporting this project (according to a Telegram post).

Most notably, the Windows Store version is practically unusable and is completely broken, but the latest beta on the Github seems to work completely fine (with few issues), as of the time of typing this.
