Title: Convert format creates duplicate files [SOLVED]

I've been using Library Tools>Convert format to convert APE music files to FLAC. I have checked Options>Replace original file on disk and in library, but I still end up with duplicate tracks for every track on the album. Any ideas why this is happening?

I thought I had I figured it out...but it still produced duplicates: both the original APE and the new FLAC file. Then I realized I had MC set to automatically convert APE to FLAC! (Nice feature, right?)
