Our 10 yr old ASRock is dying a slow and painful death :) It has served us well, providing perceived excellent value for money @ around £60/year.
It has a low profile, nvidia 425M graphics card that is unable to handle, for example, the 4k video shot on todays mobile phones, and for much of what it is doing as a HTPC, the fan is screaming and I'm sure I can see a little white flag waving out of the back of the case ;)
If I were to opt for a system running an Intel Core i5 11400 6C/12T 65W 12MB Rocket Lake CPU, outputting to a 55" LG TV via HDMI, expecting better (or at least the same) video quality as the 425M, plus 4K @ 60 fps without frame drops, would I be happy, or disappointed?
This comparison (https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-425M-vs-Intel-UHD-Graphics-730/m7792vsm1500304) suggests I would be very happy... but, in the real world, would I have any regrets?

My main Server, a HP ProDesk G5 400 Mini, has an UHD 630, which does the job @60Hz well.
So, answering your question from my POV: no, you shouldn't be dissapointed with an Intel Core i5 11400, which has better gfx.

Tiger Canyon NUC 11 has intel XE graphics - much more powerfull than standard intel UHD graphics:

Indeed it does. Do I need all that though? The HTPC will, via MC, run picture slideshows, play music along with Soundspectrum's Aeon or GForce, or play video up to 4K (and hopefully better for a bit of future proofing), and nothing else. Noise from the NUC seems to be an issue too. Our ASRock replacement has to be quiet.
4 years ago now, I bought a fanless PC from quietpc.com and have been very happy with it. So much so, I'm seriously considering buying the ASRock replacement from them...
