Title: Happy Birthday
Post by: Charlemagne 8 on April 03, 2003, 02:51:42 pm
Happy Birthday to me.
If 52 is middle aged, will I live to be 104?
30 years ago, I would have bet AGAINST making it to 30.

I was in line at home depot today buying some plants.

The lady checking this guy out said "and it comes with a 1 year guarantee".

The guy said "at my age honny the gloves may out last me".

I feel as if I am.
I'm very lucky for the life I have, now.
Despite the fact that I spent pretty much the entire decade of the 80's seemingly trying to end it. I guess I REALLY hated disco, new wave and punk.

Eye of The Beholder

Great Dungeons & Dragons episode.

>> Dungeons & Dragons
I knew someone who would fall asleep in the army if he was not doing something, and the only way to keep him awake was to let him and his clan play Dungeons & Dragons

there must have been like 10 of them and they would stay up all night playing Dungeons & Dragons.

Thanks all.
My wife thought I was kidding when I said that I would get birthday greetings from all over the world. I LOVE this place.

On the down side: Edwin Starr died last night.

Hey, happy birthday.

I'm starting to feel like a little kid around here. I'm going to turn 29 this month. :P

It seems like everywhere I go, I hang out with people older than me. Even my dive buddies are in their 50's.

Hi CVIII,

52 is really 28 if you use base 22. I find switching bases helps me cope better with age.

Edwin Starr's War was one of the first 45's I owned.

Hi Harry.  I know. I've been neglecting my Interact duties.   Been extremely busy: writing dissertation, writing v9 help file, re-writing v8 helpfile, writing other help files, beta-testing other software, oh, and playing solitaire, of course...

I seriously need to get away from the computer...
