Title: Volume control keyboard shortcut

I have not been able to use the Ctrl++ and Ctrl+- to adjust the volume in the last few builds.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

Yes...they don't work anymore (for me either).  The Player window registers (sees you hit the keyboard shortcut), but the volume will not adjust (either way).

You should report this in the main 9.0.143 bug thread (I think).
