Title: Maximize Cover Art

Is there a way to maximize the Cover Art?
My objective is to be able to read details of the cover of the album I am listening to, or actually any album.
Is there a way to do it?

Depends on what view you'r'e in.  Try double click.  Try right click > Display View.

From my limited experience you can edit the cover art image. zoom in to how you want, and save it as default.
