I would love for this problem to get resolved before the release of this great software.
I have been having the following issue for quite some time and thus far the great folks at JRiver have not been able to address it or duplicate it.
Whenever I rip a new CD, the subsequent sync with my iPod will result in none of the new songs showing up on the iPod AND all my playlists just disappear from the iPod as well. Following a restore, reformat, and new sync everything works just great. I can change some tags and re-sync yet again, no problem. But once I rip a new CD the cycle repeats itself.
Anyone else having this problem?
