Title: Klanghelm VUMT vst plugin not working correctly in version MC 28.0.26

I use the Klanghelm VUMT deluxe vst plugin for some visual candy.

It works well at MC 27.x, but for the new MC 28.0.26, instead of the meters smoothly working as normal, instead they stutter, as if they are only updating 3 - 4 times per second.

I've tried moving the plugin position in the DST module list, and also doing the usual Windows "fix" of a full restart, but to no avail.

System is a core i9-9900K @ 3.60GHz, 32 GB RAM
O/S is Windows 10 Pro 64 bit.

Please try the latest build because we've been tuning the buffering.

thanks for the quick reply.

I installed v28.0.27, but unfortunately, that made little difference. If anything it seems slightly worse; however it is difficult to tell.

Thanks for the file.

I can see the latency.  I'll try dialing down the buffer size for the next build.
