Title: Build 28.0.29 Start Up - Attempting connection to 172.17.0.1

When I start build 28.0.29 on a Windows client, connecting to a server running on max096's docker image running 28.0.25 I get a message saying Please Wait....Attempting connection to xxx.xx.x.x
It retries a few times, then tries another IP address and then starts
If I click Cancel during the attempt then Media Centre starts as expected.

Any ideas what is going on here?

I changed the Access Key on the server and it now starts without trying to connect to the two spurious IP addresses
